Starahcine Web provides digital agency services including website design, WordPress development, Elementor Pro design, landing pages, e-commerce websites, SEO optimization, website maintenance, funnel setup, and brand consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined and confirmed in writing (by email or a signed proposal) before work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope is treated as a new request and may be quoted separately.
Prices shown on our website are starting points and may vary based on the complexity and scope of your project. A final, binding quote is provided in writing. Unless expressly stated, quoted prices do not include third-party costs such as hosting, domain names, premium plugins, themes, fonts, stock media, or payment-processing fees, which are the client’s responsibility.

All content on starahcineweb.com — including our branding, logo, text, graphics, and design — is the property of STARAHCINE LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our materials without prior written permission. During a project, preliminary concepts, drafts, and working files remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon full and final payment, ownership of the completed website and the custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. You retain ownership of all content and materials you provide to us. Third-party components incorporated into your project (such as plugins, themes, fonts, and stock media) remain subject to their respective licenses, and continued use may require maintaining those licenses. We do not impose lock-in: on handover you receive your files and account access.
The number of included revision rounds is set out in your project agreement. Once you approve a stage or the final deliverable, additional changes may be billed as out-of-scope work.
Our work may rely on or integrate third-party platforms, plugins, and services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, or policies of third parties, and any issues arising from third-party services are subject to those parties’ terms.
Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice. Fees for work performed up to the date of termination remain payable. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Additional disclaimers are set out in our Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of STARAHCINE LLC arising out of or relating to any engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold STARAHCINE LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content or materials you provide, your use of the delivered website, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith; unresolved disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Kentucky, USA.
